Daniel founded Ellisville Auto Glass after years around vehicle service and a growing interest in making auto glass work more straightforward for local drivers. He spends his free time working on an older pickup and enjoys taking weekend drives through West County when he gets the chance.
Megan brings a careful, detail-oriented approach to auto glass service and takes pride in keeping her work area organized. She lives in the Saint Louis area and spends many weekends walking local trails with her rescue dog, Scout.
Kevin helps customers describe their glass concerns, organize service details, and understand what information is needed before a job. He grew up in the Saint Louis area, follows Cardinals baseball closely, and rarely turns down an opportunity to catch a summer game.
We start by listening. When a customer reaches out, we want to know what happened, what kind of vehicle is involved, and where the glass damage is located. That gives us a useful starting point without expecting the customer to diagnose the problem.
From there, we explain the practical next step and keep communication straightforward. Whether the issue is a windshield chip or another auto glass concern, our approach is to be careful with the vehicle, respectful of the customer's time, and honest about what the situation requires.
